The apartment is
part of a small group of residential buildings set up in typical Mediterranean
style called "Il Borgo" located in Porto Pollo.
The distance to the two magnificent
beaches of Porto Puddu and La
sciumara is only approx. 400 m.
The
2 rooms apartment
to rent has been recently and entirely restructured. Bathroom, kitchen,
floors, installations and all the furniture are new and the shutters have been
equipped by mosquito nets in order to guarantee a restful night.
The apartments have a very silent air conditioning system (heat pump cold/warm Daikin with inverter) of ultimate generation.
The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa-bed and open kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, cooking area with safety
device against escape of gas and a fridge with freezer.
All the necessary equipment like dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. is at disposal,
while bed- bath- and table-linen has to be brought with. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
There is TV with "dual feed" satellite system (Hotbird + Astra).
Outside there is
a big covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs to be used also by bad
weather conditions, a garden of approx. 50 sq m with English lawn, delimited by
hedges and a low wall, a barbecue for grill parties and a second shower.
Free
parking in front of the apartment.
The garden is equipped with sun-chairs in order to relax when
not off to one of the very near beaches.

Mini-market next door within the area, cigarettes, restaurants, bars, pizza-restaurants
at any price-level near by.
In Palau, there are a lot of other services and
shops.
