This apartment can be rented directly through the owner and not through a real estate agency allowing to propose clearly lower rates under the same size of apartments to let.
Choosing this apartment for your holidays, a part from saving some money, you can be assured on the best reliability and attention towards your needs. The owners have a several years experience in the touristic and hotel field and have now, since a couple of seasons, their own bed & breakfast in Arzachena.
The apartment is let only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday and the rates vary with respect to the period chosen.

mentioned rates € 50,00 for the end of stay cleaning.
Not requested
consumption costs, for water, gas and electricity (there is an air conditioning system).
Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of a deposit (**) equal to 30% of the tariff for the entire stay.
The remaining 70% of the tariff together with final cleaning fees is due upon arrival. Furthermore a the amount of € 200,00 as damage-guarantee is required. This sum will be entirely reimbursed at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.
The keys of the apartment will be delivered between 5.00 and 8.00 p.m. of the arrival day and have to be returned within 10.00 a.m. on the departure day.
