These is as well the possibility to rent two nice apartments in Porto Pollo..

• One of these is located in the residence "IL BORGO" only few meters besides the one already presented at the page "The apartment".
  
  It is also composed of two rooms plus bathroom. The living room includes the open kitchen fully equipped. A sofa-bed can be transformed for the night in two single beds or even in one double bed. Bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom with washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower. Outside there is a big covered veranda that is very useful in all weather conditions and it is also equipped of a barbecue.
  
  The apartment is fully equipped and includes washing machine , TV with satellite dish to receive foreign and Italians channels.. Bed-bath and table linen are not included and have to be brought with.
  
  This apartment has been fully renewed, ( inside, outside finishing and furniture ), last year.
  Parking for the car just in front .
  Minimarket 50 meters. Restaurant Bar Pizzeria 200 mt.
  
  Long white send free beach at 300 mt with possibility to rent beach equipments.Windsurf school.

• The second apartment is located in the residence named "ANGOLO AZZURRO " which is also situated in Porto Pollo, 200/300 meters far from the residence "Il Borgo".
  It is located inside a beautiful green area just in front the wonderful island of Spargi which belongs to the "Arcipelago della Maddalena".
  
  As the apartment above described it has two rooms plus bathroom. The living room includes the open kitchen fully equipped. A sofa-bed can be transformed for the night in two single beds or even in one double bed.
  Bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower.
  
  Outside there is on the front a covered veranda that is very useful in all weather conditions, a small garden and on the back, (out of the bedroom), another veranda equipped with barbeque.
  
  The apartment is fully equipped and includes washing machine and TV. Bed-bath and table linen are not included and have to be brought with . The apartment has been fully renewed.
  Parking for the car just in front.
  Minimarket 300 meters. Restaurant Bar Pizzeria 500 mt.
  
  The apartment is only 200 mt. far from a beautiful white beach of sand.

To be added to the above mentioned rates € 50,00 for the end of stay cleaning.
Not requested consumption costs, for water, gas and electricity.

Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of a deposit (**) equal to 30% of the tariff for the entire stay.

The remaining 70% of the tariff together with final cleaning fees is due upon arrival. Furthermore a the amount of € 200,00 as damage-guarantee is required. This sum will be entirely reimbursed at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.

The keys of the apartment will be delivered between 5.00 and 8.00 p.m. of the arrival day and have to be returned within 10.00 a.m. on the departure day.
